Up to 30 days of cloud event clips within 100 GB per property. Older clips may be removed sooner if storage is full.
Hardware and professional installation are separate. PerimeterEye is not an alarm-monitoring service; alerts and control go directly to you.

Who installs my system?
Your system includes guided self-installation instructions. If you prefer a professional, we provide independent installer options and a job specification. You choose, hire, and pay the installer separately.
Can I keep my existing cameras?
Compatible IP cameras can work with PerimeterEye Upgrade. Send us your camera details before ordering so we can check compatibility. Intelligence adds AI understanding; Defense adds deterrence; Complete also includes the wall panel and intercom.
What works without internet?
Local camera viewing, recording, rewind, and on-site hardware controls remain available while the system has power. Remote access and cloud-connected services need internet. Your backup power setup determines what happens during a power outage.
When will it arrive, and when does billing start?
Systems are currently on backorder with an estimated delivery of 3–5 weeks. The full hardware balance is due at checkout. Launch offer: First 6 months included from activation. Then $99/month. Your included period begins when your system is activated, so the delivery wait does not use any of it. Review the cancellation and warranty policies before ordering.
